Experis is Hiring a Survey Technician Near Sartell, MN

Our client, a leading land surveying and engineering services firm, is seeking a Survey Technician. You’ll provide support to Professional Surveyors by assisting in CAD production, conducting deed research, performing boundary analysis, preparing easements and legal descriptions, and conducting survey points.
Job Title: Survey Technician
About The Role
  • Utilize software tools such as Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D to process raw field data.
  • Perform thorough quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) checks.
  • Collaborate with field crews and other office staff, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.
  • Uphold and promote divisional, regional, and company values, policies, and practices within the survey service.
  • Lead by example with strong judgment, integrity, trust, and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience with TXDOT Survey Projects, utilizing MicroStation tools such as OpenRoads and GeoPak.
  • Knowledge of various surveying techniques, including ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, exhibit and legal description preparation, plat creation, and field crew prep.
  • Competency in operating AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center for production tasks.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
