Winters Recreation is looking for an experienced professional to manage our Parts Dept. Our superior sales and service throughout our organization, have made us one of the most recognized and respected golf industry dealerships in the Unites States.

As a Parts Manager you will be responsible to provide the best possible customer experience, products and services to our customers.

Maintaining personal and company image and ensuring each customer receives a good experience is a daily task. Interpersonal skills and phone etiquette is a must as you will have both in-person, and over-the-phone contact with our customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring the sales goals are met by determining customer needs and assisting in securing necessary product.

This role will work in the company database to manage materials and parts inventory in accordance with production and service schedules and commitments;

placing orders as needed. Monitors and troubleshoots all backorders, communicates and provides technical assistance to parts sales / service, customers, and leadership.

Reviews progress reports on schedule status, usage, and inventory and makes necessary adjustments.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys people, a steady pace, and process development. Winters Recreation provides a clean work environment;

operating out of 3 primary buildings on the work site. This position will require a strong work ethic, a high attention to detail and quality, and an ability to work with all levels of staff within the organization.
