About the Job 

  • This is an onsite Monday through Friday office position in our Schaumburg Corporate office. The shift open is 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. 
  • Processes quotations and sales orders, prepares and follows up on purchase orders, and confirmation of ship dates and pricing.
  • Responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding company products or services.
  • Handles inbound phone calls and queries utilizing outstanding communication skills.
  • Serves as primary customer contact and works with other internal departments to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Rotational Saturdays may be required.

What we need from you 

  • 2 years of experience working directly with end customers in a fast-moving and dynamic organization
  • Exceptional focus on meeting and exceeding customers’ needs
  • Microsoft Office Suite intermediate skills
  • Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time
