Title:: Regulatory Specialist
Location: 6696 Tri County Pkwy Ste 100, Schertz, TX (TX0670)-USA
Working Model: Hybrid
Pay Range: $50-$53/hr on w2
Job Description
  • Network Regulatory Specialist, reviews and regulatory construction documentation to ensure requirements have been met at the State and Federal level.
  • Completion of filing requirements before during and after the Wireless Construction Phases of deployment.
  • Works with cross functional technical project teams with broad scope to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality assurance goals.
Job Duties
  • Manage various network deployment projects and project phases: regulatory construction implementation (review regulatory docs: CDs, Station Records, FAA, FCC Filings, NEPA/NHPA reports) Review documentation for accuracy and quality to ensure a timely completion all regulatory filings.
  • Works with multiple teams to ensure issues are addressed.
  • May provide consultation to cross functional teams to ensure best practices are shared nationally.
  • Manage regulatory inbound and outbound work/documentation related to the development of multiple, wireless infrastructure projects (Macro, Fiber, Small Cell, In-building).
  • Provide weekly status updates, resolving issues and driving progress, timely review of market implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure best practices are developed and implemented.
  • Resolve disputes and escalations with long term network goals in mind.
Must Have Skills
  • Independent thinker Ability to Manage workload with limited supervision Critical thinker with the ability to apply different scenarios logically to a host of use cases.
  • Experience with Wireless Telecom Regulatory & Construction.
  • Awareness of with FCC ASR requirements, FAA ASN filing requirements, NEPA/NHPA for (Wireless).
  • Ability to travel for work related activities up to 25% for training or to support offsite meetings (10% generally as needed).
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills Google Suite/Sheets 3-6 years

  • Public Speaking Wireless Regulatory or Construction experience Can review read and interpret zoning & permitting ordinances 1-2 yrs Prior experience with due diligence documentation (Survey, CDs, Structural, Lease, Title). Construction bid process and documentation reviews, Site Acquisition process A-Z
  • Willingness to adapt learn and have a solution oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of Wireless Compliance 2-4 years.
  • Ability to review and understand detailed documentation.
  • The Perfect Candidate represents themself and the company in a positive light and solution oriented nature.
  • This candidate can provide direction to vendors, reviews due diligence documentation related to compliance requirements, and understands how to seek additional documentation or due diligence when needed.
  • This person will drive results, provide updates and will be able to defuse hostile situations with win-win solutions supported by sound business case logic.
  • Ability to work in, Fuze, G-Mail and Google Docs (Suite) work environment.
  • With proficiency in (Google Sheets or Excel) ability to preform project management activities etux.
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelors Degree and 2-6 years relevant experience
Required Shift
  • Position is standard 1-3 days a week in office, 10-25% limited travel to support training related to NEPA compliance, business meetings as needed.
