Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Lead to join our team in Camp Smith, HI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Will serve as the primary POC for support to various ongoing and daily operational activities across the theater.

• Will provide management across the span of INDOPACOM and shall confer with leadership to maintain an overall cohesion within the AoR and oversee and recommend priorities regarding SME support within the CCMD to include but not limited to training environments, adequate and timely delivery, and oversight of planning and analysis functions that will allow future maturity.

• Occasional travel CONUS and OCONUS.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting cross-functional areas within the DoD.

• Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree required in applicable discipline (Business, Management, or other related field.)

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years (within the last 10 years) experience working at or above the Joint or Service Component Command (SCC) or equivalent level.

• At least five years of relevant experience overseeing operations and projects.

• Senior Service College level professional military education (e.g., Army War College, Air War College, Navy War College, National War College, or Fellowship), Warrant Officer Senior Service Education, or Senior Noncommissioned Officer education (e.g., Master Leader Course or Sergeants Major Course) is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
