Waste Hauler Located in Scotch Plain, NJ is looking for an experienced Roll off Driver with a clean driving record Position is Full Time Monday thru Friday and Saturday as needed. Must be familiar with Northern Central NJ.
Qualifications
- CDL Truck Drive: 2 years (Required)
- Must Have Roll Off Experience
- CDL B Is Ok
Job Description:
Drivers are responsible for servicing assigned clients with hauling of roll off containers and bring materials to a disposal site or recycling plant. The hours and physical demand may vary by route or area. Will be responsible getting material to and from job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Move Equipment
- Operate truck in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
- Provide waste hauling services to customers on assigned route(s)
- Pickup/Drop off roll off containers
- Dump containers at designated facilities
- Conduct pre-trip/post trip inspections and complete logs
- Maintain and update drivers route sheets
- Professional interaction with customers
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have at least a valid Class B CDL
- Must have a valid DOT medical card
- Must not have any license suspensions within the last 2 years
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Must be able to use Navigation/GPS/Tablet
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must Have Own Transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
