Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Scott, LA for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a book of commercial clients and work side by side with producers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims, as well as assist clients with coverage.

- Commercial Insurance knowledge
- Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
