Job Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices into NetSuite for multiple locations
- Set up vendor files, maintain communication, and reconcile statements
- Prepare weekly check runs
- Assist with year-end close and issue 1099s
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
