We are currently looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team and embark on their career with BDR! Job Title: Instructional Designer
Work Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday, OT when necessary
Location: Remote/ Hybrid
Pay Rate: $32.00 - $40.00 an hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, 401K, 3.08 hours of accrual of PTO biweekly, 6 Paid Holidays
Primary Job Function:
Utilize adult learning principles, BDR training development best practices, and information from BDR subject matter experts to create new training content as directed. Maintain and update existing BDR training content. Track and report on new content development and content updates.
