Overview:
We are seeking a talented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in handling various front desk duties in a hotel or resort setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel software
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
