Overview :

The MARCOM Specialist help lead aggressive growth across the industry. This person will lead market and brand development, drive existing business through effective strategy and execution, including promotion, media, PR and sales support, working with cross-functional teams and outside agencies so that the company achieves the annual goal.

Responsibilities :

• Develop the team action plan following to the company management plan and ensures its implementation.
• Develop Marketing plans based on knowledge and insights; develops actionable strategies and tactics to drive company growth.
• Implement day-to-day elements of social / digital media and other forms of advertising, industry trade shows, product seminars and training of brand activation, including frequent management of / contact with outside agencies.
• Work with Sales and Engineering teams to drive product recognition and develop and execute effective, profitable and actionable marketing and promotional programs.
• Develop presentations, selling materials and proactively address sales needs for successful distribution and promotion.
• Market trends in business segments aggressively and employ practices and useful marketing schemes in order to grow our market share.
• Be the brand thought and influence leader on our team in addition to day-to-day business driver.
• Cross functional partnerships
• Monitor and analyze the marketing budget and marketing demo inventory.
• Conduct meetings with team members in / out the organization regularly and participates in management meetings in the US and overseas as necessary.
• Attend internal and external meetings, and marketing events

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and / or five years to more of related experience of marketing, writing and editing of audio and security products.

portfolio of relevant previous job highly preferred.

• Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and / or boards of directors.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• MS Word (on both Windows and Mac), Spreadsheet software : MS Excel (on both Windows and Mac), Marketing software : Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office Suites on both Windows and Mac Platforms
