Job Title : Billing Specialist

Pay Rate : up to $17 / hour

Addison Group is seeking a Billing Specialist for our client located in San Antonio, Texas! This contract-to-hire opportunity pays up to $17 per hour depending on applicable experience.

Responsibilities :

• Process a high volume of Bill of Lading (BOL) documents daily.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of 9 other billing clerks to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet established productivity targets.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, including 10 Key and VLookups.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all billing processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments as necessary.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or accounting-related role
• Proficiency and accuracy in 10 Key
• Working knowledge of Excel (including VLookUps)
• Prior experience working in Billing is a plus, but not required
