As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with product selection, and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with technical sales or appliance sales is a bonus

- Comfortable in inclement weather
