Your Role:
As a Hospital Security Officer at DMAC, you'll collaborate with the hospital's security staff and fellow employees. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of our entrusted sites. You'll be vigilant in identifying and reporting any suspicious or unlawful activity that might pose a threat to the facility, its visitors, or staff members. Your role as a visible presence will deter crime and maintain site safety.
What You'll Do:
Access Control: Maintain access control at facility entrances, screening patients, guests, and staff members.
Vigilant Observation: Keep a watchful eye out for criminal activities, safety concerns, disruptions, or potential dangers.
Patrol and Response: Conduct patrols, both on foot and in vehicles, to ensure security, detect any irregularities, and promptly address issues.
Conflict Resolution: Use de-escalation tactics to defuse conflicts, ensuring a safe environment for all.
Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and calmly to crises such as medical emergencies, fire incidents, or hazardous situations.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, drafting detailed reports to keep supervisors informed and facilitate effective communication among officers.
