This position is responsible for the uptime of all the machinery performing changeovers and in-process machine adjustments. Duties may include: Performing tooling setup and line changeover on roll-forming machines Conducting industrial maintenance and mechanical repairs Maintaining the conformance of the Lock-Out / Tag-Out program during routine maintenance of machines and special uncommon repairs Performing preventative maintenance Troubleshooting and diagnosing machinery when problems arise Leading the effort of installing and commissioning new machines Utilizing engineering drawings to troubleshoot production and quality issues Assisting in die changeover and setup of machines Ensuring that machines are capable in meeting product quality standards and that the set-up of the machine is meeting those standards Miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications include: Two-year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required Millwright apprenticeship with experience in roll forming is a plus Knowledge of motors, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience with industrial maintenance and mechanical repairs Must be able to work with minimal supervision Strong Microsoft Excel skills Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Benefits may include: Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket 401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vested Employer paid employee assistance program Employer paid short term and long term disability Employer paid life insurance Flex spending Paid vacation Paid sick days Paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace ABC Supply values diversity and we actively encourage women, minorities, and veterans to apply.
