Store Manager
Overview:
We are looking for someone with food industry and leadership experience to oversee the operations of our pizza shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Supervise and train store staff
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked
- Handle cash transactions and oversee financial processes
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Conduct employee orientations and facilitate ongoing training programs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a quick service restaurant, full service restaurant, or retail environment
- Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent team management abilities
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and staff
