Medical Receptionist
Our client is a leading medical company specializing in weight loss management is expanding due to rapid growth. They are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join their high-performance team.
This role is pivotal in providing first-rate administrative support and enhancing patient interactions.
The position initially offers part-time hours, 2-3 days per week, with the possibility of increasing to full-time.

Focus :
Welcome patients warmly and manage reception area activities. Conduct patient scheduling, ensure timely check-ins, and facilitate monthly progress calls to discuss treatment plans, medication refills, and provide coaching.
Participate in marketing activities, such as creating blog content, managing email communications, and engaging with social media platforms.
Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following established standards and legal regulations. Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and verify receipts.
Skill Set :
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a healthcare setting. Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to assist and engage with patients.
Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and capability to multitask efficiently.
Must be comfortable working independently in an office setting.
