K&C Unlimited is a small flooring company based in Shinnston, WV. We supply all flooring products as well as the installation of flooring.
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the office and providing administrative support as well as greeting customers and managing sales. Applicant must have experience with QuickBooks, filing, organizational skills, billing, marketing and sales.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Manage all product sales.
- Answer all incoming phone calls and gather all information needed from customer.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks Software
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Ability to handle filing tasks efficiently
- Comfortable with computerized systems
