This position will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various field operations duties including construction, maintenance, pipeline, service, operational training when required, and assisting the management administration of company policy, procedures, and coordinating daily operations.

5 years of field operations experience is preferred
Knowledge of human resources, collective bargaining agreements and personnel procedures is preferred.
Financial acumen and experience managing capital expense budgets preferred.

Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and changing work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet individual goals and deadlines.
