Responsibilities
- Partnering with internal business teams and external consultants to analyze and report the quarterly net revenue results, including GTN results, to senior management
- Reviewing revenue agreements to comprehend the operational and accounting impacts to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP revenue recognition rules
- Performing analysis of internal and external data sets to assist in strategic decision-making by internal stakeholders
- Recommending improvements to revenue operations and procedures, including identifying process efficiencies and supporting implementation of process improvements and/or automation
- Supporting other members of the Finance team with special projects and initiatives
- Recording accurate and timely gross and gross-to-net (GTN) revenue results in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Preparing revenue-related disclosures to assist in the preparation of 10-Q and 10-K filings
- Undertaking other duties as assigned
RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this Senior Accountant role will have an ACTIVE CPA, 3 years of public accounting experience and a strong understanding for revenue (ASC 606) as well as US GAAP.
