Responsibilities
- Conduct month-end closing activities with precision and efficiency
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Manage and maintain the general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements for review and analysis
- Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain financial performance discrepancies
- Manage cash flow and oversee cash management strategies
- Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage financial transactions
- Conduct regular auditing activities to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Use Sage Intacct software for efficient financial management
- Prepare and execute Month End Close procedures and Financial Statement Preparation.
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
- Demonstrated experience in Audit preparation
- Proficiency in using Sage Intacct software for financial management
- Proficiency in GAAP accounting
- Ability to prepare Financial Statements accurately and in a timely manner
- Familiarity with General Ledger management and operations
- Experience in analyzing Monthly Variance and providing detailed reports.
