Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management.

Summary:

  • Managing inside equipment sales personnel
  • Inside equipment power equipment sales
  • Using POS software to check out customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Answering phones, providing quotes and taking phone orders
  • Daily deposits
  • Opening and closing
  • Demonstrate value to customers to gather additional business and increase sales
  • Creating employee schedules
  • Managing inventory
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail management is required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent sales management abilities with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
  • Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Previous relevant experience a plus
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
