IT Program Manager
Long-term Contract
Skillman, NJ (remote)
As the Program Manager you will play a key role in the R&D Technology organization for a Fortune 100 Consumer Packaged Goods organization as they spearhead Sustainability and Resiliency initiatives for the global organization. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team to dig into business processes’ and help stakeholders create and execute project plans for innovation and improvement, discovering technology investments for the future.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-5 years of related work experience (i.e Program / Project Management)
- Proven understanding of IT business processes and ability to connect the dots between different workstreams and departments
- Experience leveraging JIRA to create project plans and project manage the execution of said roadmaps
- Exposure working within the SDLC and testing methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to understand prioritization and goals for R&D technology enablement
- Create project plans and ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders globally
- Project manage the development resources in place to execute the roadmap and tools build
- Ability to both lead and deliver on Sustainability, Packaging, and Resiliency projects while working in an Agile environment
