Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, also known as an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships. You will handle service requests, perform annual policy reviews, and cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients. Your goal will be to enhance client satisfaction, increase revenue, and help turn our customers into raving fans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service & Support: Handle client inquiries, process policy changes, and resolve issues with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct annual reviews of client insurance portfolios, identifying opportunities for additional coverage or upgrades.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify and recommend additional insurance products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Client Retention: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to ensure client retention and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of your work, consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or account management role within the insurance industry.
  • Licensing: Must be a licensed insurance agent in Louisiana or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to cross-sell or up-sell insurance products.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with insurance software and CRM systems.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
