Behavioral Services of Louisiana is Hiring an Administrative Liaison Near Slidell, LA

Join Behavioral Services of Louisiana, LLC, a premier provider of behavioral health services, as an Operations Manager. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier care to our clients, and as an Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining this standard. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will manage our operations and staff, ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for a statewide peer-based behavioral health service provider.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director to develop, manage, and enhance operations in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Standardize workflows across the service area to meet regional standards.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit and hire staff, organize new staff orientation, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to boost workflow efficiencies.
  • Monitor and validate workflows in electronic health record systems, support documentation and upgrade initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and projection reports to corporate staff.
  • Review and approve monthly staff schedules.
  • Ensure all client documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain accuracy of EHR active client list for all regions.
  • Review service summaries to ensure all clients have received services regularly.
  • Monitor and ensure weekly Quality Assurance checks are being conducted.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a behavioral health setting or areas of quality, process improvement, program management, or clinical management.
  • Experience with administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in databases and spreadsheets, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
