Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Basketball Coach to join our team. As a Middle School Girls Basketball Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and developing basketball skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting sportsmanship among our players. If you have a strong background in sports coaching and enjoy working with students, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct basketball practices and training sessions
- Teach fundamental basketball skills such as shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense
- Develop practice drills and game strategies to improve player performance
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their skills
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among players
- Organize and supervise basketball games and tournaments
- Ensure the safety of all players during practices and games
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate team activities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Strong knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Patience and understanding when working with players of different skill levels
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Background in physical education or childcare is beneficial
