Insight Global is Hiring a Marketing Project Manager Near Smyrna, GA
Job Description: A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Marketing Operations Manager to join their dynamic Marketing team. This individual will serve as the liaison between the agency team and internal stakeholders.
What does the D2D look like?
- Individual will help process invoices from print vendors and various agency partners
- Submit invoices, match invoices to PO’s, track down missing invoices, work with finance on invoices that need corrections, help spot check budget documents to make sure they’re being maintained, and deadlines are being met
- Creation of new source codes, discussions with the pricing team about a customer's contract to understand what discounts they’re eligible for, ensuring legal has reviewed contracts
- This team has an offshore team in India that provides a lot of operational support for the team
- Work with the PM team to ensure operational tasks are properly supported
- All internal communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations
- Proficient in SAP
- Proficient in Adobe Workfront
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Previous experience in leading testing or Quality Assurance teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
Compensation:
$30/hr to $36/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
