Job Title: Construction Laborer

Overview:
We are seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our construction team as Construction Laborers. As a vital part of our workforce, you will assist in various construction tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor on construction sites including digging, loading and unloading materials, and operating hand tools.
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
- Support skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, masons) in their tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, after adequate training.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction laborer or similar role preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
