Creative Circle is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Solon, OH
The ideal candidate has experience implementing go-to-market strategies for various CPG or retail brands. You will have experience managing the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and supporting sales teams.
Duties of the Marketing Manager (B2B CPG):
- Execute B2B marketing strategies for various brands
- Develop and execute day-to-day Product marketing plans for specific brands
- Leverage industry insights, cross-functional team inputs and sales data to inform communications and sales strategy
- Manage digital shelf asset development, updates for website and product pages, and the creation of sales collateral
- Partner with external agency on marketing strategy, asset development, tactical execution
- Manage marketing budget plans to align with business objectives and provide clear ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for strategic improvement in distribution
- Assess e-commerce opportunities
- Coordinate with the sales ops team on lead generation processes, including follow-up, communication with leads, and ensuring end-to-end ROI
- Develop brand messaging, training, and sales tools, including retail brand guidelines, target demographic data, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, etc
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Food/Beverage, Retail, E-Commerce, etc marketing
- Experience with new product development and brand launches
- Experience working with an external agency partner highly preferred
- Experience interpreting insights and data to drive business communications and sales strategy
