- 3 years of proven track record producing results and over-achieving sales quotas

- Strong communication and customer focus
- Identify new clients, prospect, and sign new business
- Train, develop and manage a sales team to become top performers
- Build KPIs and hold the team accountable to optimize success, monthly, quarterly and annually
