About us:

You will be selling name brand software systems such as Oracle, Infor, and all the manufacturing solutions including Engineering Services, Machine Connectivity, IoT that Paapri offers to small to Mid Market Manufacturers around the Globe. This is an entry level sales position, but you will be trained by experienced sales professionals in consultative selling. If you want to build a career in sales, please read on.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by generating leads and initiating conversations with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
  • Reach out to leads via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services and establish rapport.
  • Qualify leads to determine their level of interest, needs, and fit for our offerings.
  • Schedule and coordinate initial meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine prospecting strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Continuously learn about our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets and goals.
