Our South Milwaukee Family practice is looking for an energetic, vibrant and professional Dental Assistant to provide the highest quality dental care. Our team is known for personalized and patient-centered care and we'd love to meet a candidate who has a passion for dentistry and enjoys working with a great team and awesome patients.
Full-time Hours Available
· Monday: 9am-6pm
· Tuesday: 8:30am-6pm
· Wednesday: 9am-6pm
· Thursday/Friday (alternating): 8:30am-5pm
Dental Assistant Tasks
· Help clinical team with clean up/set up of operatories between appointments
· infection control and Sterilization
· X-rays
· photos
· impressions
· assisting the doctors chair-side
· Maintain dental equipment and materials
· OSHA & HIPAA
· Help front desk as needed
· Understand treatment plans
· Process patient referrals as needed
· Participate in staff meetings and trainings
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Create and contribute to a supportive team environment
· Maintain professional appearance and functionality of office
· Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care
· Record patient charting and doctors' notes as directed

Minimum Requirements
· High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
· Comfortable with dental terminology
· Work scheduled hours as assigned
· Must past criminal background check and drug test screening upon request
· 2 years of dental assistant experience
· Experience with electronic dental records and Eaglesoft preferred
