Our team is composed of experienced professionals dedicated to innovation, excellence, and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Portland, Oregon.
Job Description
  • Assist the Project Manager in the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain effective relationships and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing for and conducting project meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards and policies.
  • Assist in project closeout activities, including documentation, inspections, and final reports.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure project quality and compliance.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
