Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) Position AvailableDo you have a passion for working with patients with co-occurring disorders and chemical dependence? Do you want to be part of a team of highly skilled individuals, driven by the goal of helping people through life- changing recovery? If so, then you could be just the person we are looking for!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling services; direct service hours at regularly scheduled intervals; coordinate all services throughout treatment
- Completes Bio-psychosocial assessment.
- Facilitates, establishes and reviews with each patient the initial treatment plan
- Develop aftercare plans and discharge plans
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients
- Other related duties as determined by supervisor
- Salary ranges from $115,000.00 to 130,000.00 per year
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or a related field.
- Valid licensed as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience providing marriage and family therapy services to diverse populations, including but not limited to adults, children, and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals a plus.
- Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population.
- $100k-$120k/year based on experience and credentials.
