Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, payroll, training development, and organizational skills
- Experience in front desk management, team management, QuickBooks, human resources, and general administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
