Skill Struck is Hiring a Remote Product Manager (Remote)
- Oversee the process of gathering feedback from customers, prospects, and team members
- Alongside company leaders, you will help discern the product roadmap based on feedback from everyone and insights from other department. When adjustments are needed with product plans, you will work with product leaders to reassign priorities for realistic sprint and quarterly expectations.
- Find the balance between time and efficiency as we make decisions and improve the product
- Assist product leaders in sprint planning and help hold teams accountable
- Communicate updates and assist with documentation for new product releases, which will empower our customer-facing teams
- Conduct product trainings to fill internal knowledge gaps
- Experience in product or project management
- Experience in education is also encouraged
- Obsessed with the needs of customers and helping provide value for them
- Able to operate in a highly efficient manner by multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Managed and owned projects or initiatives
- Above average technical skills; like learning new software and techniques
- Conveys complicated information in written and verbal communication that is simple, clear, concise, professional, and friendly.
