As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you play a pivotal role in our organization's success by spearheading strategic sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with our executive director. Your proactive approach involves identifying market opportunities and cultivating meaningful relationships with professional referral partners and the public to drive referrals and boost occupancy and revenue. With your exceptional communication skills and positive demeanor, you confidently engage diverse audiences, effectively conveying information.
