We need an organized Event Coordinator for a one-day healthcare screening event at a client's location. This event aims to offer health screenings to employees for wellness and early detection. Your role is to plan, manage, and oversee all event aspects to ensure it runs smoothly and successfully.Responsibilities:
- Event Planning:
- Work with stakeholders to understand goals and needs.
- Create a detailed plan with timelines and tasks.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for equipment and staff.
- Organize logistics like setup, signage, and catering.
- Participant Management:
- Communicate event details and expectations.
- Manage registration and ensure forms are completed.
- Provide guidance to participants throughout.
- Healthcare Provider Coordination:
- Ensure providers are prepared.
- Monitor service quality during the event.
- On-Site Event Management:
- Ensure setup is ready on time.
- Keep the event running smoothly.
- Address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with venue staff for safety.
- Post-Event Evaluation:
- Gather feedback from participants and providers.
- Assess event success based on set criteria.
- Prepare a report with outcomes and suggestions.
- Previous Event Coordinator experience, ideally in healthcare or corporate events.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Knowledge of health screening procedures preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred.
- On-site at the client's location during the event.
