Outpatient Therapist - (Independent License Required, ex. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) 

The Outpatient Therapist provide individual, group, family or couples psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and as needed, his or her family.

Compensation Range:

Outpatient Therapist (Independently Licensed): $64,000 - $96,000

Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position.

Schedule: Full Time 0.8 FTE, (32 hrs/week) working Monday through Friday, offering availability accessible to clients with at least one night having availability till 7:00pm

How Outpatient Therapists Empower Recovery:

• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans
• May conduct back up coverage group therapy sessions in assigned intensive program 
• May conduct outpatient group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care
• May participate peer review of documentation
• May provides clinical supervision as needed
• May provide coverage for Intake Therapist
• May provide training coordination
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current license in the state of employment required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)
• One year of clinical experience preferred

• Holidays: Employees not working at a residential or inpatient facility are eligible for 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday Non-exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility will receive premium pay at a rate of double time if they are scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
• Employees hired on or after February 20, 2022, will receive premium pay at a rate of time and-a-half if scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
• Exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility who are scheduled to work on a holiday may take the holiday on a different day during the same pay period. Additionally, non-exempt employees are eligible or various shift and weekend differentials.
