Well established and respected manufacturer, located in the Spokane Valley, has hired Aspen Personnel Service to help them find an experienced professional to join their team as their QA Supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the quality team in the Machine Shop
• Optimize resources to meet quality and delivery standards as outlined by BPM
• Uphold lean manufacturing principles
• Supervising with a strong sense of urgency to ensure timely deliveries
• Foster teamwork through their actions
• Adhere to management's goals and expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least five years of experience in Quality Assurance roles
• Familiarity with AS9100 standard
• Experience with AS9102 First Article inspections
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards
• Strong grasp of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming skills
• Excellent documentation abilities
• Knowledge of machine shop, assembly, and manufacturing processes
• Capability to accurately interpret aerospace/military drawings
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong skills in written, verbal, and digital communication (Microsoft Suite proficiency)

COMPENSATION:

• $28 - $35 p/h DOE
