You will work closely with the owner and other attorneys, providing vital support and helping our clients navigate complex family law issues. Our goal is to empower clients to emerge from emotionally challenging processes, supported by a dedicated team that genuinely cares and fights for their best interests. We are rapidly expanding and need a Family Law Attorney who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence, in court.
- Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law.
- Efficiently manage a caseload, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all matters.
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive legal counsel to clients.
- Collaborate with our legal team to develop strategies and solutions for complex cases.
- Participate in mediation and negotiation sessions.

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in Washington.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in family law, with comfort in criminal court settings.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and convey complex information.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of providing excellent client service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet critical deadlines.
- Keen problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Commitment to developing a book of business using the Firm’s marketing tools.
- Dedication to daily time entry into our time and billing software.
