Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager at DeBerry Insurance Agency, Inc. located in Spring Hill, TN. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will act as the primary contact and provider of daily servicing for clients including processing changes and advising clients on coverage options. They will market and quote all new and renewal commercial accounts to various carriers, create proposals for new and renewal business, handle billing resolution, and process finance agreements as needed. They will file and handle claims with concierge-like service, maintain agency procedures including documentation, and follow up in the agency management system. They will work directly with the agency principal.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to be a proactive team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer skills including file management, email, internet usage, and word processing.
• Experience working with agency management system a plus
• Current P&C license in Tennessee
• Previous Commercial Lines experience of 3 years
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
