```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Manage patient records and update electronic medical records systems (e.g., Eaglesoft)
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, scheduling, and record keeping
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
