About us

Georgia Property Inspectors, LLC is a certified residential and commercial property inspection company in metropolitan Atlanta specializing in multi-family apartment community inspection services.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking InterNACHI and ASHI certified inspectors to become a part of our Multi-family Apartment Home inspection team! The inspector will be responsible for inspecting apartment community unuts to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough inspections of multifamily apartment rental dwelling/units.

- Evaluate the structural integrity and condition of homes

- Identify and document any issues or defects in the property

- Provide detailed reports on inspection findings

- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients

- Electronically upload and submit photo evidence and reports.

**Experience:**

- ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) certification

- InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) certification.

Joining our team as a Home Inspector offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is valued, and your expertise will contribute to ensuring the safety and quality of residential properties.

This is a 1099 contractor position, offering flexible part-time hours.

Pay will be based on a per assignment basis, commensurate with experience and industry standards.
