Summary: The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing treasury operations and controls, including cash flow management, banking, insurance, and investment activities. This position will also be responsible for the credit and collections function to optimize cash flow, minimize overall credit risk profile and maintain receivables.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SOX compliant Treasury policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily management of cash, investments, and debt.
• Establish and maintain effective, SOX compliant credit and collection procedures and policies to support cash flow targets, and overall goals and objectives.
• Manage the insurance program – policy renewals, assess limit requirements, annual renewals, and annual audits.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance Departments on a regular basis to align objectives and meet all financial targets and support collection of overdue payments.
• Complete the set up and approval of new customers, review creditworthiness, establish credit limits and implement changes to existing customers in the CRM and ERP systems.
• Oversee customer invoicing and reconcile customer accounts.
• Process and invoice debit and credit memos.
• Provide periodic updates on the status of past due customer accounts and recommend action plans to address issues.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation, reporting and forecasting of cash.
• Prepare monthly financial compliance documents.
• Prepare monthly and annual cash flow forecasts and manage short term and long-term cash management strategy.
• Prepare other monthly financial reports to update management on treasury performance and new initiatives.
• Support the quarterly hedge effectiveness / ineffectiveness testing.
• Implement derivatives transactions with financial counterparts.
• Application of payments to customer accounts.
• Use continuous improvement tools to maximize the effectiveness of all processes.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Financial background with minimum of five (5) years of experience in treasury, credit & collections, and compliance.
• CFA is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Detailed financial knowledge including hedging instruments.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics/AX or similar ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel.
