Responsibilities
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective students
- Making outbound calls to interested students and handling inbound inquiries
- Providing detailed information about our courses and programs to prospects
- Documenting all interactions and communications in the CRM Management System
- Sending out necessary materials to prospects
- Conducting virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom and GoToMeeting
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining documentation
- Managing and updating customer experience data
- Assisting in outbound marketing activities
- Using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
- A minimum of two years of experience as an Admissions Representative or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using CRM and Management Systems
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- A strong understanding of compliance in the education sector
- Experience in counselling prospective students or clients
- Ability to create and maintain accurate documentation
- Experience in managing funds and financial transactions
- Excellent customer communication skills for both inbound and outbound calls
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Experience in outbound marketing to attract potential students
- Proficient in using Zoom, GoToMeeting, and other platforms for virtual meetings and networking
- Ability to conduct both inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Familiarity with virtual networking strategies and techniques.
