Description:

Travers Automotive and RV Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. If you are enthusiastic about using digital channels to fuel business growth, excel in a fast-paced environment, and have a versatile skill set that includes content creation, video editing, social media management, and reporting, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of marketing and/or video production & editing experience
• College degree in marketing, journalism, or business, OR equivalent experience
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, experience with paid ad structure
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Automotive experience preferred but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media Video & Content Creation:

• Create content across diverse channels including direct mail, email blasts, social media, print, TV, digital ads, short videos, and radio scripts
• Manage the creation, editing, and posting of engaging video and other content on all social media, YouTube and Google business accounts
• Conduct regular visits to stores for content creation and related activities

Analytics, Research, and Reporting:

• Attend virtual training sessions for online and digital sales & marketing tools
• Perform ongoing competitor research and provide recommendations for enhancement
• Generate weekly and monthly campaign reports, tracking key metrics and progress using various measurement tools such as Meta, GA4, Eblast, and Call Tracker software

Sales and Marketing Project Management:

• Assist in event planning and building relationships within the community
• Manage and track the delivery of Eblast program
