Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at Turnberry Place Apartments. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for day-to-day equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair of appliances, hvac systems and some plumbing as well.

Qualifications
- Appliance Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in maintenance is a plus
