We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in St. Louis whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. We are looking for somebody dependable, personable, and enthusiastic who embraces any challenges that come his or her way. These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee’s strengths:
- Post open positions and review applications.
- Conduct phone and in person interviews of candidates and bring feedback to talent acquisition team.
- Help develop strategies to create talent pipelines for future needs.
- Work with employee experience team to help build and sustain an awesome culture for CTI
- General office duties
- Other tasks as assigned

-You are willing to fearlessly embrace company culture.
-You can work independently with minimal guidance (but aren’t afraid to ask the right questions when you need help!).
-You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and can be the face of our company to our clients.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition required.
  • AV Knowledge preferred
-Customer service experience.
