Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
- Familiarity with logic controllers, schematics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external vendors
- Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is preferred
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train other maintenance technicians
- Welding experience is a plus
